Frixos founded the firm and leads it. He advises across corporate, commercial and property law in Cyprus, acting for international companies and investors as well as private clients and entrepreneurs.
He set the firm up to offer the standard of legal work associated with larger practices while keeping the responsiveness and personal contact of a boutique. He stays directly involved in every significant matter the firm handles.
Frixos holds an LLB from a London university and an LLM in International Commercial Law from City. He was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2016 and has served on the Intellectual Property Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association. He works in Greek and English and has conversational French.
Petros advises the firm across a range of practice areas, with particular focus on corporate and commercial law.
He holds a law degree from the University of Athens and brings more than 35 years of practice to the firm. His career covers a broad span of legal disciplines, which makes him a useful sounding board on matters with several moving parts.
Adamantia advises across the firm’s practice areas, with depth in corporate and commercial law, banking documentation and financial transactions.
She holds a law degree from the University of Athens and has more than 35 years of experience in private practice and in banking. She practised at several Nicosia firms and spent the later part of her career as legal counsel in the legal department of one of Cyprus’s largest banks.
Andri runs the day to day administration of client companies at F.V. Fidelitas & Veritas Services LTD, from company maintenance to AML compliance.
She has more than 20 years in corporate administration and fiduciary services, and knows the operational and regulatory ground governing Cyprus structures. For most clients she is the first point of contact on anything to do with their corporate administration.
